Documentation update — September 2026

The rebuilt resintechproducts.com lists the current Safety Data Sheets for seven products and the Technical Data Sheets for four, with the TUE, HPP and CBE data sheets and the systems design guide temporarily withheld while they are revised, and two products flagged as pending documentation.

This website was rebuilt in September 2026 so that every technical value on it can be traced to a numbered ResinTech document. The changes that matter to specifiers and applicators:

Current documents listed

The Technical Resources library lists the Safety Data Sheet for TUE, CBE, HPP, TCU, FLEXCOAT-PU, PPM and SLC and the Technical Data Sheet for TCU, FLEXCOAT-PU, PPM and SLC. Document numbers and revisions are shown beside each download.

Documents not yet listed

  • Traffic Coating Systems design guide (RT-TCSA-DG-1.12) — temporarily withdrawn from download while it is updated: its typical-properties table includes CRU figures from the previous kit. The build stacks, application matrix, site requirements and hold points it defines remain published on the systems pages; the items that depend on the CRU kit under revision (CRU layer thicknesses, the EWS-X configuration, CRU pigmentation and substitution guidance) are marked awaiting confirmation there.
  • CRU — the kit configuration has changed and the published TDS-CRU-1.0 and SDS v1.0 describe the previous kit. The product page shows the product’s role and applications but withholds packaging, mix ratio, coverage and performance values until revised documents are issued.
  • TUE, HPP and CBE Technical Data Sheets (TDS-TUE-1.0, TDS-HPP-1.0, TDS-CBE-1.0) — temporarily withheld from download while their coverage tables are confirmed with ResinTech: the published coverage figures do not reconcile with the stated film builds, so the product pages withhold those rows and the sheets are not offered until revised. The Safety Data Sheets remain available; every other value from these sheets stays on the product pages.
  • PPM-SL — no data sheet has been published yet; the product page lists identity and role only.

Older documents

Documents that were downloadable from the previous version of this site remain reachable at their original addresses so that existing links and bookmarks keep working, but they are superseded and are no longer listed in the library.

Naming

  • FLEXCOAT-PU is the product name; its data sheet is titled “FPU — Flexible Polyurethane Base Membrane”. Both names appear on the product page.
  • PPM is titled “Protective Polymer Membrane” on its data sheet; the safety data sheet describes it as polyurea-based.
